Carrie’s journey began in 2005, when she discovered that exceptional customer service and medical billing could go hand in hand. Since then, she’s worked across a wide range of specialties – including pediatrics, physical therapy, OB/GYN, optometry, and neurosurgery – offering not only billing services, but also training and consulting rooted in integrity, excellence, and care.
