Patient Education Sessions: Understanding Your Insurance & Medical Bills

At Legacy Medical Billing, we believe that informed patients are empowered patients.

That’s why we offer free monthly virtual info sessions designed to help patients better understand how their insurance works and what to expect when it comes to medical bills. These live, 30-minute Zoom sessions cover common topics like deductibles, copays, coinsurance, out-of-pocket costs, and how the billing process works after a doctor’s visit.

Each session includes simple, real-world explanations and an open Q&A, all led by our experienced billing experts.
There’s no sales pitch. Just honest answers.

Whether you’re a patient with questions or a provider looking to offer extra support to your community, our info sessions are here to help.

  • Held the first Thursday of each month
  • Live on Zoom
  • Open to all patients of our provider clients
  • Free to attend (registration required)
